Joseph F. Darpel III, CFP®

Some of Joseph F. Darpel, III’s, earliest childhood memories are of his father studying the latest stock market charts. Inspired at a young age by his dad’s passion for the market, Joe chose to follow in his father’s footsteps. He began working for his dad, Joseph Darpel, Jr., as an investment advisor in the early 90s and now has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. As branch manager, Joe has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who excels at helping people build their nest eggs and ensure their investments last through their retirement years.

One of the most rewarding parts of the job for Joe is getting to know his clients and helping them meet their financial goals. He also loves the satisfaction that comes from serving multiple generations of the same family. He also enjoys giving seminars on retirement planning and investments.

Joe grew up in St. Louis and received his bachelor of finance from Saint Louis University. He lives in Kirkwood with his wife, Katey, and their two sons. He is a member of the Kirkwood/Des Peres Chamber of Commerce and St. Louis Labor Council. In his free time, Joe enjoys reading — particularly about the history of the stock market – and the occasional round of golf.
